- Spacious 12x12 fully matted stalls with open air stall doors for horses’ comfort
- Stalls are cleaned seven days a week
- Seven day a week turn-out in mud-free dry lot paddocks and large, fully fenced grass pastures
- Horses are fed high quality timothy and/or alfalfa hay 4x per day, grain 2x per day and smartpak/supplement 1x per day in PM grain
- Full size covered dressage arena with excellent footing and new lights
- Brand new spacious indoor matted wash rack with hot/cold water
- Large, heated tack room
